Rules
Clients can build bespoke rules into the application, quotation, and ordering stages, allowing them to define criteria such as CO₂ thresholds and insurance conditions. These rules are fully reportable and automatically enforced by the system.
Changes
Email notifications are sent to decision makers and drivers when their input is needed—for example, when a quotation is close to expiring. Drivers can additionally check the live status of their quotation or order at any time.
Authorisations
The client’s authorisation structure is embedded within the portal, ensuring that both scheme applications and vehicle selections are approved by the appropriate personnel.
Payroll
Automated payroll and P46 notifications are issued to the client’s nominated personnel upon vehicle delivery or collection. This is supported by the system’s ability to generate both automated and bespoke reports. For further information on MI and reporting, please click here.
