Vehicle Order

Through the fleet portal, drivers can accept quotations and generate the necessary order form for completion, including any required driving licence checks.

We track all orders from submission to delivery, ensuring timelines are met and any issues are proactively managed.

Our preferred dealership network operates under agreed service levels, giving drivers confidence in the quality and consistency of service.

Dealerships provide weekly progress updates, which we pass on to drivers whenever there is important information to share.
Vehicle Delivery

As soon as a vehicle is in stock, we take charge of coordinating drivers, dealerships, and leasing companies to schedule delivery at a time and location that works for the driver.

Our fleet portal links the driver’s current vehicle to their new order, allowing us to arrange a smooth, same‑day collection and delivery, keeping downtime to an absolute minimum.

Once the vehicle has been delivered, we handle all required submissions, including payroll deductions, HMRC reporting, and updates to the Motor Insurance Database.
