We have developed a national approved repairer network which entails the careful selection of suppliers who meet our quality and service standards as well as a highly competitive hourly labour rate. We ensure that all approved repairers on the network also meet negotiated terms and conditions which include courtesy car provision and the delivery and collection of vehicles as standard.

When a vehicle breaks down and the driver requires their vehicle to be recovered during office house we request that the driver’s first port of call is to contact us in order that the most appropriate method of recovery can be instructed. During these hours the most effective means of recovery may come from a range of supplier’s e.g. AA, local repairer or maintenance provider. For recovery outside of office hours we have a long standing relationship with the AA who will respond in a manner relevant to the nature of the incident

Our management package includes the provision of a fully comprehensive accident management service.

Our processes and procedures are designed to reduce the administrative burden of managing accidents and liaising with repairers and insurers. In addition we will manage the quality control, cost and service delivery of local repairs on the client’s behalf.

Arrange for a hire car (If necessary).
